I had kidney stone, it passed through urine by homeopathy medicine, i wanna prevent kidney stone ,i don't want to suffer this problem again in my life can i take boiled 1 egg daily??

Healthy evening sir, For kidney stones, General recommendation: 1. Drink plenty of fluids: 2-3 per day 2. Limit foods in high oxalate content 3. Eat enough dietary calcium 4. Avoid extra calcium supplements 5. Eat moderately protein 6. Avoid high salt intake 7. Avoid high doses of vitamin c supplements.
