Need advice on diet for kidney stone
Detected 3mm kidney stone, please advice on what vegetables and dals i can use in my diet. Thank you.

We cant fully dependent on diet, diet cant remove k stone, but diet can prevent and stopping forming of new k stones. U can follow specific individual k stone diet,  its really healthy and helpful, along with few homeopathy medicine ,diet and homeopathy really works well on k stone, within 3 to 4 mnth stone will be breakdown & will come out without operation.plz consult nearest homeopathy doctor or u can call or consult with us through practo.

Hello! Avoid spinach,tomatoes,deep fried foods,and processed foods. Drink water(2ltrs.) ,frequently,but in less amount at a time.

Gud morning pls kindly share your blood test report of kidney test n other tests like diabetes, liver functioning test etc. Vegs can be taken by doing leaching in pressure cooker prior to cooking n dals plain dhal soup form can be taken or can be added in small amount with vegs curry with less masala n not spicy one bland form u can have.
