Aim to six small meals spread through out a day instead of trying to pack more into three meals.

And to understand all this need to speak with you to get detailed information. 30 to 60 mins 4-5 time per week is essential for maintaining your fitness. So you should do it. Exercise dose not mean that you should start going to gym . There are another exercises also present. So do different exercises in variation to keep progress ON.
Balanced diet, Undisturbed Sleep of 7-8 hrs in night, stress management on daily basis are equally important to be healthy.
