Hi, I'm a considerably healthy gym going individual. I need to keep my sugar intake to absolutely minimum. So is it okay to use sugar free tabs as a replacement natural sugar? Are there any side effects of using it?

There are not a good option for long term You can depend on nature sugar like Honey , maple syrup Or choose use of stevia

Small amount of sugar is not bad if you are not diabetic. Sugar free have some side effects on neuro health in some user. Better to take styvia instead of sugar free
