Honey vs sugar free for diabetics
My mother is diabetic. Generally she uses one small spoon of sugar-free powder with her morning black tea. She wants to substitute the sugar-free powder with natural pure honey. Which option is less harmful for her. Please clarify. Thanks in advance.
