Avoid fats and sugars like sugarcane, honey, jaggery, in fruits banana, mango,sapota,grapes,litchi you have to be avoid till the normal levels of sugar....
In one time meal you have to take one carbohydrate, if you taking rice avoid chappati , if you taking chappati avoid rice...
Rice should be starch free ...
Increase your walk or exercise....
Avoid potato, sweet potato, colacassia,starchy...
Increase quantity of vegetables, pulses, fibre, fruits like papaya, watermelon, guava, etc.
Avoid tetra pack juices, avoid fried items,

Diabetic can't be cured it can be prevented by diet, exercise and walk. Take high fiber food, less calorie, low carbohydrates. Add roasted & sprouts in ur diet. Avoid package food, sweets, candy, oily and fried food. Avoid sweet fruits like banana, Chikoo, mango, grapes, dates, sweet potato. Avoid refined and processesd food. Early morning take 1tsp fenugreek seed with Lukewarm lemon water.
