Hello Dr,
My father is diabetic and recently diagnosed thyroid and have low blood pressure.
Haemoglobin is 10.9
He is very weak and have joint pains along with pain on spinal cord.
What diet can be given to him please suggest

Hello dear, good afternoon.
As per my dietary suggestions I would like to suggest you for your father's current situation that - he should take a more protein rich diet along with iron and vitamin C rich foods. He should take a proper sunlight exposure in the morning between 8-10am for 30-45 minutes everyday.
