Please suggest any good protein supplement available in the market for Diabetics. My friend is a vegetarian and having diabetes for last 7-8 years and now wants to add protein powder in his diet.

As your height and weight your BMI is normal. So there no need to worry about foods not to consume. Nature sources for protein are best to consume without any side effects. Add pulses, lentils, soya, cereals, millets, milk and milk products, sprouts, etc
