Don’t take that . Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

Hi Sugar free are not good for your health. You can use fiber rich & protein balance diet and maintain your Hba1c below 7.5%.

Sugar free for long term is not good,, and main think is we need to control over daily routine eating habits. If we take sugar free so our self control is distrub. So take frequently small meal and high fibre food .

Sugar free is ok, but 1spoon sugar is ok with u. Don't go for gimic  about stopping all foods u like most. Walk regularly for 30min to enhance BMR.,don't take unrecommended food supplements,that may effect ur health badly, don't take outside pestry, deep fried items from out side I will give you diet plan as per your present hourly diet plan & suppliments to enhance your appetite. Hi Yes  you can take sugar free. Stevia is the best natural artificial sweetener available. But do remember excess of everything is bad.Try to take maximum 2 to 3 tsp of stevia, not more than that.
