Hi Its always best advised to consult doctor before taking any kind of protein powders and that too when you are pregnant with gestational diabetes.. Kindly consult your gynaecologist or obstetrician for better advise on taking or consuming protein powders... However you can completely rely on dietary high biological value protein intake..which is a better option.. Thankyou

Hello dear, You should focus on a healthy dietary pattern. You should consume lean  sources like : egg whites/ sprouts / pulses/ include kalachana in your atta for roti. And be physically active

Hello user There are many protein powder like mama protein x and you can ask for mama proteinX sugar free as you are diabetic in your pregnancy. If you are non vegetarian then you can have 3 eggwhite daily for your protein need and if you are vegetarian can have soyabean or soyachunks, paneer, sproutes One thing o want to know that at the time you conceive what was your weight? Hi If you are non vegetarian then I ll suggest you to have egg whites 2 to 3 in a day . But if you are vegetarian then you need a supplement for sure you can have proteix lite which is sugar-free in the water. Avoid too much carbs . And keep your self active by doing walk and yoga.

Pls follow a healthy balanced diet along with following light yoga for minimum of 30mins daily,ensure diabetic supplement u can have 1scoop only.add on fruits n Vegs into your diet.
