Which protein powder?
Hi Good Evening, I am having a 1.5 month pregnancy. But I am confused whether I can consume protein powder or not? If yes then which one is best for me and my baby?? Please help me out 🙏

you have to do things according to your health condition and about protein Dr will tell you weather you need to take protein as supplement or not otherwise try to eat natural sources of protein.

Don't use protein powder. Take good protein from the kitchen pantry like- paneer, dal, legumes &seeds

I would suggest to go with natural sources of protein like Soyabean, nuts, pulses, milk,non veg items like chicken, fish, eggs for protein rich diet rather than depending upon any supplements.
