Pre Diabetic
Hello, i am pre Diabetic and suffering from Acanthosis Nigricans from 2 years. I am working out to lose my weight from last 1 year and i have successfully lost quite a bit. My question is my Gym trainer recommends having BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acid) drink while working out. Will it affect me badly in pre diabetes?
