Hi I have hashimoto (anti tpo-314)...I'm taking 50mcg thyronorm tablet...I'm breastfeeding mother of 1.3yrs old baby... I'm losing weight (54kg to 50kg)
How to gain weight ?
I don't take dairy products (milk) and wheat... I'm taking gluten free diet....please suggest something to gain weight in my diet...
