I'm 18, and recently in past few months I've started to observe that my body is showing effects of aging very fast. I'm healthy, i go to gym everyday , i eat a full bowl of salad for lunch everyday, i eat home made food , no supliments , steroids or any kind of protein powder. I don't drink or smoke , not even vape or anything but still I've started to observe that my body is aging very fast as compared to my peers. My knees make popping sound , I've started to spot white hair , even hair thinning, and hairloss and this is really worrying me , i don't know whats wrong or what should I do

No need to worry as this can be because of weather , stress related issues
Hair thinning , hair loss happen because of protein and B complex deficiency and sound in knees can be because of vitamin D deficiency

In a lunch please have full meal like roti sabji and salad and buttermilk as you are in growing phase right now

Please follow a balanced diet with a lot of variety. Include a protein rich food in every meal like paneer, dals, legumes and beans like soybean, Chole, rajma, Moong etc and Eggs, chicken or fish if you consume non veg. Apart from this include one handful of nuts everyday and 1-2 spoons of flaxseeds or pumpkin seeds. Ensure optimum water intake
