It's good that you've started caring for your health. Eating a healthy diet with a balanced mix of fruits, Vegetables, healthy fats, protein rich foods and whole grains is the best way to get all the nutrients that your body needs. After you've already done this, only then you should add a supplement for wherever your diet is lacking. Your physician is the best person to guide you with supplement recommendations based on your blood reports. Remember that a "supplement" is just that. It should never be a substitute for poor dietary habits. If you are looking to improve your diet, a personal consultation works best & a customised diet can give you the quickest and best results. For getting started you can also check my social media posts & blog. I have provided several tips on Nutrition, Health & fitness on my Instagram profile. Hi Please take doctors advise on taking multi vitamin supplements ... any it’s always recommended as not to take any multi vitamins for that matter on our own... so preferably it’s always advised to take under the guidance of an expert or physician..for taking supplements.., Thankyou
