I am thinking if starting with Multivitamins as apart of my regular diet. I am regularly going to gym. I need to know whether there is any need of consulting to start off with the same. Please recommend me the brand of multivitamins that I should prefer.

Why you want to take vitamin tablets when you can naturally build up your antioxidant levels by adding fruits and veggies in your diet. Green juices and soup can boost the levels too. Juice of Green apple, coriander and celery with drops of lemon and preferable amount of sweetness is best. Any other queries? But multivitamin tablets also have side effects be it any brand.
