How to start weight gain.
I want to know. How can i start with my weight gain routine. As in starting I am not able to eat as much we get in the diet chart. So how should I start?

Try to do some strength muscle gaining exercise.. And also take more of protein rich foods like eggs paneer

Increase your activity level to increase your appetite. Eat  immediately as you feel hungry. Eat proper balanced or complete meal comprising of carb protein fat vitamins and minerals. Include dryfruits in your daily routine as they increases the weight.

Hi, Pursuing weight gain with good Dietary & lifestyle changes is must. Initially your body is not going to adjust more quantity of food. Gradually increase the portion size of the items. Body always go on with minor to major changes.

Gud morning for gaining weight a proper balanced diet with exercise proper sleep adequate water intake n if stress is there try to do yoga or meditation for reducing it, these r the pillars for weight gain in a health way.

Gradually increase  your food quantity. Like if you eat 2 chapati then add 1bowl rice. Eat nuts and dates, banana Paneer and potatoes.
