Shall I start taking Multivitamins
I am a fitness enthusiast, I have been into  physical activities and sports since 2014. I perform 4days of intense weight training and 2 days of freestyle cross activities (2hrs) each. Earlier I was taking some Multivitamins based on consultation of pharmacist. Now I want expert openion on it. Please suggest should I take multivitamin or not, And please also suggest which Multivitamins should I take in case.

Hi, I appreciate the actions you are taking to maintain your health. When you talk about multivitamins there isn't enough evidence to support it's effect on overall health. In some cases, they may even cause harm. But, yes, vitamins are the protective nutrients and are good for our health. So I would suggest you to obtain those nutrients by consuming fresh fruits, Vegetables, greens, whole grains, nuts and seeds. It's always best to spend our money wisely on fresh produce rather than pharmaceutical products.
