When should I start taking protein?
Its been 40 days since I've joined a gym. My weight us 60kg and I'll be 25 in Feb 2024. So, I have the following questions: 1. Is it too early for me to start taking protein? If yes, when should I start? 2. Which protein should I consider? 3. What is the amount of protein I should include in my diet considering I'm a bachelor who lives alone and is highly dependent on ordering food from Zomato and Swiggy? 4. I understand the mechanism of how protein works, but still is it healthy for my body? 5. Should I consider consulting a dietician before starting to take protein? Thanks in advance!

Protein intake recommendations can vary depending on several factors, including age, height, weight, and lifestyle. While the general guideline of consuming approximately 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight per day is commonly recommended for healthy adults, it's important to note that individual needs may differ. Factors such as physical activity level, muscle mass, overall health, and specific goals (e.g., athletic performance, muscle building, weight loss) can influence protein requirements. Additionally, certain medical conditions may require adjustments to protein intake, as advised by a healthcare professional.
Next Steps
High grade protein includes non- veg based foods like chicken, egg. You can introduce isolated protein powder or plant based protein powder
Health Tips
For a more accurate and personalized recommendation regarding protein intake, it's advisable to take proper consulatation
