Hi i started gym a month ago i weight is around sixty height is 6 feet i don't want to gain weight i want to get lean body with cutting and abs and build biceps daily night after dinner i am taking a shake i put 2 bananas 2spoon of peanut butter 200 grams of milk is it ok
Or i should add something more i dont want to take any type of supplements i want natural body plz help me out
