Gained Weight
I have gained 7 kgs more in the past few days. My weight is now 79kgs. I've had panic attacks and anxieties before and still have those. But I've started gym. Please tell me how to manage my weight and ideal weight for my age.

Hi ma'am  Cortisol — a natural stress hormone — is responsible for regulating your metabolism,excess amounts of cortisol can lead to weight gain so we can say that stress -cortisol -weight gain are closely knitted with each other. So very 1st thing is try to get rid of the stress and anxiety. Keep yourself busy in something which you love to do. Take proper sleep of atleast 7 hours. Keep yourself  physically active and mentally busy. Do some yoga daily. while working out keep the exercises changing don't  do same manner of exercise for many days.

Hello It seems you are taking lot of stress which leads to increased levels of cortisol. It leads to slow down of metabolism which result in increase in weight. Do things you enjoy, do exercise regularly. Adopt disciplined lifestyle, regular timings for your meals. Avoid sugary drinks, processed foods, fried and oily stuff. Take sprouts, variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Take proper sleep for 7-8 hours. Thanks

Weight is according to height so you didn't mention your height. For Weight loss do intermittent fasting and switch to millets. Add fruits ,salad, vegetables juice in your diet.
