Hi, Whey protein or any other supplement is not advised in the long run, until there's some nutritional deficiency. Take balanced meals comprising all nutrients, enough water, do regular exercise. All these will going to help in the weight mgmt & good health.

Hi, 2 hours is too extreame and will tire your body in the long run, kindly do a 30 to 40 min workout. Consistency and type of workout is the key not the amount of hours you spend in the gym. Whey protein can be taken but it will not help unless and untill you have a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Next Steps
for a nutrition rich meal and guidance on lifestyle modification you may contact me through a consultation. i am available right now. regards.
