Is the Herbalife weight loss shake safe to consume for long term?
I have diabetes and taking shake in morning replacing my breakfast with Herbalife shake. And taking balanced meals in lunch, evening snack and dinner

Well Herbalife food substitutes, aren’t realistic for anyone as it plays around subsiding your metabolism but also filled up with 3-4 times more fibre than our daily requirement, which completely alters with our systematic organs and plays havoc around all the chemicals in our body
