Herbalife is safe???
A friend of mine suggested me to use Herbalife nutritional products for weight loss. It seems to be working for her. But is it recommended by doctors? Is it safe to use or there are any side effects of these products? Please guide me.

Hi. To loose weight, it is recommended that you should not rely on supplements. Follow and take nutritional balanced diet to loose weight and stay healthy. Herbalife is again a supplement, so, it is not recommended.

Don't use short cut way for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

No. There are several side effects of the same. Also, any supplement that one uses should be prescribed by your physician or your Nutritionist after your Health Assesment only, and that too if necessary. If one eats a healthy balanced diet, supplements may not even be required.

Don’t Herbalife products there is many side affects. Accordingly to pubmed it’s directly damage your liver. Avoid fat burner, maintain your healthy routine. Keep your body hydrated drink 3-4 litres water in a day . Include 30 mints brisk walk and exercise in your daily routine. Don’t skip your meal. Do your body analysis and get better results. Hi I don't recommend the Herbalife  shakes for Weight loss. And new researches also come it is related to liver damage also. You can find the research in NCBI journals. I would recommend to go for a healthy diet plan and Lifestyle change which you can follow lifelong and lose weight in a healthy manner.
