Herbal Life has excellent marketing skills and they claim out of the box results to their clients. They also give diet plans which are not at all promoting health. The network marketing strategy makes a client only a sales person and they call themselves Nutritionist
I have seen their diet plans which has Bfast, Lunch and Dinner only supplement instead of any solid food. If you are hungry then you can have sprouts or vegetable salad..
This is extremely low calorie diet and it will show effect by reducing weight but that weight is mostly muscle mass. Such a weight loss is very dangerous in view of long term health.
Any qualified Dietitian/ Nutritionist suggests combination of Lifestyle changes and food changes for slow but permanent fat loss and muscle gain
Although supplement is not a problem but there are scientific papers claiming long term use of herbal Life has shown adverse effects on Liver and Kidney due to lead toxicity found in the product. Since that report they have not defended themselves publicly and hence Me or other Nutritionists say "No"to Herbal Life.
We are not enemy of the company, we want no harm for our clients.
However, there are other safe methods which can help in fat loss or muscle gain without having any side effects. Just that if one has patience and determination, Nutrition will work wonders. Always consult a qualified professional!!
Gud morning pls don't try for herbalife products rather try to have a healthy balanced diet with focusing on lifestyle modification to get an effective result.
