BCAA and whey protein for T2D patient
I was recently diagnosed with T2 diabetes and started medication. However, while doing a workout I am feeling less energetic due to sweating. Can I take BCAA during workout? Also can I opt for whey protein as a post workout? I was working out and had a gap of 3 years and started again. And I want to explore veg options.

Healthy afternoon Usually, BCAA supplementation or BCAA - rich diet have been beneficial on regulation of homeostasis; however they have been associated with obesity, IR and increasing risk of T2 DM and even in patients with a history of gestational diabetes.
