Is taking whey protein safe. I'm a 19 year old guy and I'm doing heavy workout in gym. They're lot of myths which tells that consuming whey protein leds to kidney failure.Is there any reality in this. Should I consume whey protein or should I discontinue.

Due to whey protein there is a risk of kidney stone formation, gas & flatulence problem, indigestion problem. So don't use short cut way for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
See whey protein is ok only when you are not eating proper diet . Our body needs protein but over consumption is harmful .if your diet is full of vegetables pulses legumes etc then you don’t need any supplement either . Consult directly
