Healthy morning Yes, Breast feeding Mom have extra -special nutritional needs , and they need extra protein sources in their diet to meet their bodies demand when producing milk . It’s use in limiting to few servings a day , most times not more than two per day . Whey protein through powder protein shakes, or bars shouldn’t be your only source of protein for the day .
