Collagen is just type of protein, during breastfeeding go for natural protein. For good skin just remember 3 things 1. good gut condition 2.good blood circulation like yoga, exercise n pranayam 3.good nutrition that boost collagen

Healthy evening ma’am, Breastfeeding mother’s can take collagen, because collagen doesn’t harm the baby when it enter the mother’s body. Once in the body , collagen is converted into amino acid. It is similar to protein supplements. Therefore, breastfeeding mothers taking collagen is quite safe and doesn’t affect breast milk for babies.
