Regarding whey intake
I work out daily with dumbbells and resistance bands for over 1.2 hours. I'm taking MuscleBlaze Biozyme Whey protein. Is it safe for me? I stay at pg, so I can't get proper protein from my food source .I don't have any known medical conditions

-You can meet your protein needs through diet by including options that you can store like Greek yogurt, nuts and seeds, makhanas, eggs.  -You can also have sattu mixed with water to help you increase your protein intake or try to make homemade protein powder with nuts, seeds, powdered oats, and store. You can have this with water or milk. -These foods support muscle recovery, help maintain energy, and are safe for daily use if you have no medical conditions.  -Whey protein like MuscleBlaze Biozyme is a convenient supplement when dietary protein is insufficient, but whole foods offer additional nutrients and fiber.

Including protein supplement in your diet will depend on your caloric intake, sources of protein and your estimated requirement. Based on your goal , adding supplement may not be enough if your diet does not provide enough carbs for protein sparing and muscle building purpose. Safety will depend on your liver and kidney function status and metabolic health
