There is no harm in doing gyming if you are doing under proper supervision. The only thing which you have to be sure is about Wat you are eating. My suggestion will be first focus on fat loss and then go for body building. don't grab supplements unnecessary. Take protein from normal sources in a right amount. Along with three major meals include 2 snacks. Keep yourself hydrated. Focus more on balanced diet with adequate carbs, Protein and healthy fat. Control your plate portions and avoid drinking as well as smoking.
