Hello Sir, Hello Mdm, Our Gym trainer  suggested/prescribed below medicines to take with provided diet plan. 1. Celin 2. Evion 3. B complex 4. Revital H Is it safe to take these medicines daily? If yes duration? If No the what should I have to explain to gym trainer. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Hello! Take supplements for 1 month ,then skip it for another 1 month. Try to have multivitamins from natural sources as well(pomegranate,orange,banana,guava,etc). Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Hello, good evening Yes you can take it for one more th continuously then should drop for a week or 15days . Then restart it again for next one month. These medicines are just a vitamins and minerals supplements.

Gud morning if u r not able to meet up your nutritional needs through diet only then in that case supplements can be suggested. A detail analysis n proper counseling needed at first, as u r seeing gym trainers guidance putting clients health into negative consequences like heart attacks. So pls consult directly through practo before taking any supplement suggested by trainer.
