G6pd and Gym Weight training
Hello I am 27 years male and I am G6pd deficient since birth, I started going to gym a year back and reduced my weight to 27 kg, recently my trainer advised me to take protein supplements to have a weight training enhancement and muscle building program. Please advise if a person with G6pd deficient can take these supplements most of its ingredients are such as Protein weighing 30 gm 60% and minimal sodium and others are Whey protein with Whey content.. Please advise
