I'm 22 and am been diagnosed with g6pd,my doctor said not to take any medicine without consultation and explained me about g6pd, I can't have fava beens and other foods listed online for this.
I want to Kno from a perfect doctor who looks for this only that can I take whey protein (as-it-is) with workout?
Will it harm me with any side effects or hemolysis?
Please let me know.

Avoid junk food, fried food
Start 30-45 minutes brisk walk
Use less oil,les sugar
Eat home made food, 4-5 small meals in a day don't overeat.
