I m suffering from anemia.I hav 7 as hb. So would you suggest me to gym to prevent unwanted fat! Weight is 48kgs . Height is 5'3

Hi Anemia  can ve resolved by a diet with high proteins iron n vitamin C. Gyming for unwanted fat is one of the manyways
