Hi Detailed information is required to check your nutritional status. Increase your protein intake and avoid processed refined foods, fried and oily stuff. Cut down on sugar intake. Have skimmed milk, curd, soy nuggets, sprouts, lentils and fresh fruits and vegetables. Do strength training and cardio on alternate days. You will see results. Thanks

The information that you have provided is bit incomplete so there cannot be any precise answer or a perfect answer to your questions but few of the things that you can consider is 1. Have you made any changes in your diet as per the physical activity that you are performing? 2. Is your workout good enough to give you the results within a months time? 3. Most important, when you are looking for muscle growth, have you added any additional source of protein other than your normal days as you started with your workout? There are not more other aspects that we need to consider but the most important thing that I would like to bring it to your notice is setting up correct expectation when you are hitting the gym. Results that you are expecting will be slow and that would require lot of consistency in terms of exercise food and rest.
Next Steps
You can connect with me for personal counseling and I will help you to get results and set roght expectations.
