Need a diet-workout plan for weight loss
I have been exercising for 2-3 weeks trying to follow a calorie deficit diet but I haven't seen any results. I know I might be taking the wrong diet and I don't know if I am following a correct workout routine or not but I need to lose weight and I am seeing no progress so far.
