Loss of weight drom110kg to 70kg
Dear sir I am over weight by 110kg.I would like to reduce my weight to around 70kg.I have tried controlling my diet ,did some walking exercise but I could loss only 2-3kg.I had done my angioplasty in 2017 and have thyroid.Csn you please help me ?

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Hi Home made healthy balanced diet, highly nutritious foods to be consumed at all times... Completely avoid bad calories ,  negative calories.. always.. Have low carbs, low gi , complex carbs, moderate plant proteins, low fat dairy, and inclusion of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids for healthy heart and healthy body..whole grain cereals, whole unpolished rice and pulses, small frequent meal's with limited portion sizes,  chew food well, regular eating habits, high fiber diet, egg white, sea fish, chicken and lean meats only if non- veg by default, legumes, sprouts and fermented foods are all essential to consume in minimal quantities.. And besides all healthy lifestyle modifications are very important like brisk walking for 45 mins both morning and evening on all the days of the week..taking steps, situps, skipping, cycling, running, swimming , yoga, and power yoga, surya namaskar all sets etc are recommended..

warm lemon water on empty stomach once in every two to three days upon rising followed by a 45 mins brisk walking and high fiber diet, small portioned meals, low calorie intake per day, early dinner by 7 pm, enough hydration,  good sleep and rest are all highly recommended..

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food.
