Hello user as I can see you have no medical conditions so taking whey protein is fine but why do you wanna go for any powder form and packed products when we have  surplus provided fresh .. I would suggest you to take whey water extracted after making cottage cheese (paneer) at home that's the best and the most nutritious form of whey protein ..
