I recently started using creatine for increasing my performance in my workouts and for better pump and recovery, I am taking 3 to 4 grams per day. I wanted I know that if that will affect my health in any way I am also drinking 4 to 5 litres of water everyday is there anything else I should check before using this. I don't have any medical condition or allergies. It has been only two days and there is side effects except increase in energy. Please guide me...
