Creatine with medicine
Can i take creatine 3-5gm everyday without any adverse effects to my kidneys or liver? I am currently on escitalopram 10 for my anxiety and depression. Will taking creatine create any adverse effect as I am consuming a medicine? I don't have any other diseases and I maintain a relatively clean and healthy lifestyle, without smoking or much drinking.
