Hi Whey protein and creatinine both you can get from the natural food sources..as whey protein from milk and milk products and especially whey protein is the left over liquid in the production of making cheese and also in the curdling of milk..so it can be taken or consumed for building muscles without any second thought about it.. Creatine is generally found in red meats and fish..so for consumption point of view..you can consume by keeping in mind the portion size of your respective meals.. of red meats and fish.. Since red meats are very high in fat content ,and high in protein as well..so you can go for it only once or twice in a week of about 1 or 2 pieces ,exceeding not more than that.. Restricted amounts is desirable when it comes to red meats.. With respect to fish..Salmon a particular variety in fish is best recommended..for liberal to adequate consumption in most days of the week as it's good in/ high in essential fatty acids like omega 3's..etc.. So both  ( whey protein and creatine ) when consumed in moderation gives you a well sustainable healthy life.. For further details kindly contact through practo over online.. Thankyou

As you are on antidepressants what really helps you to exercise regularly.  Endorphins or the happy  hormones are released when you exercise and may be your mood will also improve and u will reduce your medication. I cannot recommend you take protein supplements for this. I can recommend that you should increase the amount of protein in your meal and also improve the quality of protein. Eat sufficient amount of meat, chicken, fish, eggs and milk, yogurt paneer.  After exercise eat good amount of egg white for creatinine.  Milk and yogurt also contain whey.
Next Steps
just eating protein will not build muscles..you need the right kind and amount of exercise too. both go hand in hand.

Creatine is naturally found in redmeat, poultry foods.0 ne pound of meat contains 2-5 gm. Synthetically prepared is also available. U take 2 gm of creatine either way everyday. Whey protein consumption will not cause any problem. You can take according to your workout intensity. For detailed consultation please reach out to me personally through the app.  Because creatinine loading and whey protein intake needs detailed assessment of your  body type and workout.
