Hi I suggest instead of trying supplements, Add healthy food supplements as a 4 0r 5pm snack. Chicken soup 200 ml Eggs 2 hard boiled Boiled Chenna/ ground nuts 1 bowl 150g Citrus fruits like grapefruit, orange, sweet lemon 1 glass juice Salads with green leafy vegs like lettuce, spinach, chard which has the other anti Geing nutrient vit v plus chlorophyll in them acts as a precursor to collagen and is important in promoting radiant skin and slows down ageing Berries. 50 g Like strawberries, has zinc also needed to slow down ageing In addition to this bring 2 l of water a day Apply pure almond oil all over the body one before bath or purified butter to prevent the wrinkles.
Next Steps
Instead of collagen supplement U an try a biotin supplement 3 times a week after meals. Nutrilite cherry biotin supports healthy hair, skin and nails.
