I need to loose 25to30kgs
I m 107kgs weight and 5.9ft height. I need to loose almost 25-30 kgs. I have been swimming, jogging, gyming, etc. But i dont cpntinue them for long. Its vry difficult for me to stop myself from eating. Recently a ligament got damaged in my right knee. Hence unless i undergo surgery i cant run or go gyming.
