I have 45 kg weight 4 years before and now have 55. Am trying many things to loose my weight byt didn't work and sometimes due to busy schedule am not able to do exercises. I want to loose my weight and want to be at 45 kg again.. plz help..

Too much exercising
Hi,
I would like to know how much exercise is too much. I am going to gym fr more than a year now. I used to burn 500 calories a day. And recently I have increased to 600 calories a day plus core exercises. I would like to know if this affects the mensuration cycle ( I ve got mine delayed) can I continue with so much exercise or should I reduce the amount of exercise I do. And can I have tender coconut everyday after gym?
