Sir i am suffering hair falling can you please suggest me some good food...to have sir diet..to stop falling with nutrients and proteins...wich type of milk is good for health (toned) milk or cream milk please help me sir

Hello, Foods high in biotin are brown rice, cracked wheat, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds and walnuts, which reduces hair fall and increases hair growth Deficiency of B complex vitamins can lead to greasy hair, dandruff, poor hair growth and greyhair. Vitamin C is important for good circulation, hair growth and haircolour. For these vitamins eat more fresh fruits, drink fresh lemon juice and green leafy vegetables, you can eat fish and liver (of chicken or mutton). Toned milk is better since it has less fat.
