Incorporate iron-rich foods (lean meats, beans, dark leafy greens), B12 sources (dairy, eggs, fortified cereals), and healthy fats to assist with Vitamin D absorption. If you require proper detailed diet chart, you may contact to me

Her blood tests showed very low levels of vitamin B12, vitamin D3, iron, ferritin, and hematological parameters, indicating significant nutritional deficiencies. She requires a balanced, high-protein diet rich in iron, vitamin B12, and vitamin D, including green leafy vegetables, pulses, eggs, dairy products, lean meat or fish (if consumed), nuts, seeds, and vitamin C-rich fruits to enhance iron absorption. Along with a nutritious diet, she should take the supplements and have regular follow-up. Please connect directly

Correct Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and iron/ferritin deficiencies with supplements as advised by your doctor. * Eat protein-rich foods daily: eggs, chicken/fish, paneer, curd, dal, sprouts. * Include iron-rich foods: spinach, lentils, beans, sesame seeds, lean meat. Take with vitamin C (lemon, amla, orange). * Get 15–20 minutes of sunlight daily. * Sleep 7–8 hours, manage stress, and stay hydrated. * Use a mild shampoo and avoid excessive heat or chemical hair treatments. Best foods for hair fall: * Protein: Eggs, chicken, fish, paneer, Greek yogurt/curd, tofu, dal, sprouts * Iron: Spinach, amaranth, lentils, chickpeas, rajma, lean meat, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds * Vitamin B12: Eggs, milk, curd, paneer, fish, chicken * Vitamin D: Fatty fish, egg yolk, fortified milk + 15–20 minutes of sunlight * Omega-3: Salmon, sardines, walnuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds * Biotin & Zinc: Eggs, nuts (almonds), seeds (pumpkin, sunflower), legumes

A balanced, nutrient-dense diet will be an important part of her recovery, but since multiple deficiencies are present, diet alone may not be enough initially. You should consult a physician regarding appropriate supplements for Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and iron, as these often need to be corrected with therapeutic doses. ● Along with supplementation, focus on :- ✅️Including good-quality protein in every meal (milk, curd, paneer, soy products, tofu, dals, beans, chickpeas, sprouts, or eggs if she consumes them), as protein is essential for hair growth and overall recovery. ✅️Increasing iron-rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, garden cress seeds (halim/aliv), jaggery in moderation, dates, raisins, black chana, rajma, lobia, soybeans, and sesame seeds. Pair these with a source of vitamin C (lemon, amla, oranges, guava, tomatoes) to improve iron absorption. ✅️If she is non-vegetarian, lean meat, chicken, fish, and eggs are excellent sources of iron and Vitamin B12. ✅️Including foods rich in Vitamin B12 such as dairy products and fortified cereals if she is vegetarian. However, if her B12 levels are significantly low, supplements or injections may be required as advised by her doctor. ✅️Taking adequate sunlight exposure (15–30 minutes) along with Vitamin D supplementation. ✅️Staying well hydrated and maintaining regular meal timings.
Health Tips
Since she has multiple deficiencies, I would recommend a personalized nutrition plan based on her blood reports, weight, dietary preferences, menstrual history, and lifestyle. This will help address the root cause and support healthy hair growth, improved energy levels, and correction of her deficiencies in a sustainable way.
