Gud afternoon pls kindly have a healthy balanced diet with making certain changes in your lifestyle routine like if not exercising start doing of minimum of 30mins either brisk walking or jogging,yoga,strength gaining exercises like cardio workout etc daily,drink plenty of water approx 3ltrs including other liquid food items,try to ease out stress by exercising,sleep early by 11pm mins minimum of 6-7hrs sound sleep is essential.no outside foods eating very frequently which weakens body metabolism drastically.
