It is normal to shed 50-100 hair strands a day. If the hair fall is in excess, you can strengthen your hair through by including some foods in your diet. Like, green vegetables, eggs, milk, nuts, sweet potatoes, etc. In addition, you can use home remedies like applying onion juice, curd, eggs, amla juice, crushed methi seeds, beet root juice, etc, they will further help in improving the hair quality.
