Applying heat coconut oil good for hair?
1) Is applying normal coconut oil good or heat the coconut oil applying good for health? What are the advantages if we heat the coconut oil and apply for hair,is there any benefits if we apply hot coconut oil ? 2)Does coconut oil helps to improve the growth of the hair,is it possible? 3) Is that true if we do hot hair bath not good for hair root then applying hot coconut hair oil good or bad for hair? If we apply hot hair,that heat causes any damage to hair roots and follicles?? Please clarify the above queries sir/madam

Not too hot but Yes u can use warm oil, its really helpful, and dont use too hot water for hair bath may be hair fall will increase.

Hello! If you want to apply coconut oil just make it warm. Do not make it very hot. The temperature of the warmth should be like just lukewarm temperature (around 36 - 40 degree C) not more than that. Actually if you massage your scalp with warm coconut oil it gets absorbed easily thereby  stimulating the roots of your hair.Coconut oil moisturises your scalp well hence the growth of your hair is also very good.Keep your scalp clean and shampoo your hair at least twice a week.Dirty scalp clogs the pores of your hair follicles and hence also lead to hair fall. Therefore it is also very important to keep your scalp clean. Along with applying coconut oil tropically, focus on your daily nutrition also. You should have a sufficient amount of protein and biotin intake to have a good and dense hair line and scalp

Coconut oil is good for hair it will improve growth of hair . Hot water damage hair follicles and open pores , so our hair strength reduces.

Hi 1) Heating loses most of the properties of oil . 2) Coconut oil consists of fatty acids that helps in growth of hair 3)Hot water is not good for hair follicles, it leads to hair loss . 4) Regular use of hair dryer also damages hair follicles .

Gud evening pls try to use luke warm coconut oil rather than hot oil for hair growth along with that u should have a proper healthy balanced diet, proper sleep, adequate water intake, reduce stress by doing yoga or meditation, avoid excess medicine usage, exercise daily for 30mins.
